Micky G. has loved to dine out since she was a little girl – and dining out with the Growlitas is one of the highlights of her month. After reading Wheat Belly in the summer of 2012, Micky gave gluten free a 30 day trial and has eaten a 90% wheat free diet since. She especially appreciates restaurants such as Simply Thai, who have gluten free items clearly identified on their menu. Micky G. prefers locally grown food and is a fan of the Downtown Windsor Farmer’s Market and restaurants that support local growers.
